The Ferson House Renovation

My great grandfather, Elmer Ferson, built this beautiful house in 1895. My grandmother and my mom were both born in the house and it was my childhood home. The home is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by a grape vineyard. My great grandfather called the farm “Mountain View” because of it’s unobstructed view of Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams. Although it has great “bones”, it is in need of some renovation TLC.

I’m a retired teacher/technology director and recently sold my website, “www.Multiplication.com” so I have some free time on my hands. On this website, I hope to chronicle my renovation journey.
